The Independent Review of Aid Effectiveness was released by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kevin Rudd, in Parliament on 6 July 2011.

Studies commissioned by the Review Panel

The Review Panel commissioned several studies from experienced practitioners and subject matter experts to inform its work. The Review Panel drew on some of the analysis, findings and recommendations contained within these studies but also consulted other sources in formulating its final conclusions.
